For many years, the sport of Mixed Martial Arts has been seen as the fastest-growing one worldwide. But in Europe, where pretty much all sports activities are cemented and have their spot on the mainstream, this scenario is slightly different. There’s a gap between potential and fulfilment, between how the sport is seen from an international perspective and by the European audience. This is about to change.
Bringing under the same roof the most influential people in the United Kingdom and internationally from many different areas, from government officials to military officers, celebrities, businessmen, reputed athletes, and distinguished members of the society, BRAVE CF is ready to bridge that gap.
With the value that it deserves in one of the most important cities in the world, the impact of BRAVE 24 both inside and beyond the MMA community will be massive.
It will be the most global exposure London MMA will have ever witnessed, with 11 nations represented in eight electric bouts.
BRAVE 24 London will break milestones and is set to be remembered as the show which will change the entire perception of the sport of MMA to a much higher level. The occasion will showcase just how glamorous and luxurious an MMA event can be, from the setup, the attention to detail, and, of course, the list of attendees that consists in some of the top influencers, politicians and sports personalities from around the globe.
The most powerful MMA event BRAVE 24 London, is an exclusive, invite-only event in London, taking place on July 25th. The fight card for the explosive event will be headlined by a Featherweight world title fight, as Champion Bubba Jenkins defends his throne against former Lightweight Kingpin Lucas "Mineiro" Martins
Bubba Jenkins, the NCAA Division I wrestling champion won the BRAVE Championship belt during his BRAVE CF debut fight against the former champion Elias Boudegzdame back at BRAVE 16 Abu Dhabi. Almost close to a year after winning the title, Bubba Jenkins looks to defend his title for the very first time.
Meanwhile, Lucas Martins is straight back into title contention, this time at his original weight division. After earning a title shot at Featherweight, the Brazilian striker fell ill on the eve of his fight against then-champion Boudegzdame and went up to Lightweight, where he captures the interim world title, only to relinquish it against Abdul-Kareem Al-Selwady.
Back at Featherweight, he wants to make sure he becomes the first-ever two-weight world champion at BRAVE Combat Federation.
In the co-main event, Lightweight sensation Cian Cowley looks to bounce back from his first BRAVE CF loss, this time against dangerous Maciej Gierszewski, who makes his promotional debut in the most powerful MMA event.
Also set for the main card is the return of prodigy Aidan James. On the cusp of a title shot at Bantamweight, the Welsh rising star takes on England's own Cameron Else, while Amir Albazi welcomes prospect Blaine O'Driscoll to the Flyweight division.
BRAVE 24 is set to take place at the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, inside the Copper Box Arena, in a night to remember for everyone connected with mixed martial arts, as influencers, celebrities and politicians will come together to celebrate the sport.
